The prices in the webshop are exclusive of shipping costs.
Orders above €75 are shipped for free via PostNL within the Netherlands.
Letterbox package within the Netherlands from €4,10
Letterbox package within the Netherlands with track & trace from €6,75
Letterbox package to Belgium from €13,00 including track & trace

Ellis Hollering Art sends letterbox mail via PostNL. Large packages go with UPS. When the order has been transferred to a third party, Ellis Hollering Art is no longer in control over the delivery process.
You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. There is no refund for damaged or used items.
Please contact Ellis Hollering Art (EHA) by email before returning items.
Include your contact details and a description of the problem or defect of the item with the return shipment.
Request a receipt and packaging ID from the parcel service to track the return shipment.
For items above €75, preferably use a track & trace code or transport insurance in shipping to ensure that EHA will receive the shipment.
Shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.
EHA is not responsible for missing returns.
Returns that are not sufficiently stamped and returns that have not been registered will not be credited by EHA.
EHA will refund returned items upon receipt and inspection and will send you acknowledgment of receipt of your item along with a message on approval or rejection of your refund.
Send EHA by email the bank account number to which EHA can refund the money if you paid your purchase per invoice.
EHA will refund the approved return items within 10 working days.
If the refund is delayed, please first contact your bank as processing the transaction may take several days.
Please contact EHA to report the delay in refund.
