The Love that Carries Me

Carried by light,
by the hush of unseen wings,
by the warmth of all she’s yet to become.

Sometimes, love is only felt when you pause. It moves around you, unseen, in quiet moments, in the space you are given to grow.

During my journey to Mallorca, a Red Admiral butterfly fluttered around me every day, as if carrying a message. I could feel its presence without ever holding it. Just like love—sometimes close, sometimes distant, but always there.

Sometimes, love comes from another. Someone who sees you, who supports you, without the need for words. But sometimes, love is within. In the way you embrace yourself, remain patient, and walk your own path.

The Love that Carries Me is a reminder of that love, soft yet powerful, visible or unseen. It is always there, even in moments when we cannot feel it.

A painting for those who recognize the tenderness of connection, who learn to love themselves again and again, and who know that true love appears in many forms.
